after placing an enquiry/order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your enquiry/order. please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. after a design consultation by telephone between you and us, we will send your design spec details by email. once you accept your order, your order can then be processed.

our furniture & accessories given the age of individual items, they often come with imperfections that are consistent with their age.

all our images are sourced to give you a wide range of images. if you prefer something different there are thousands out here to choose from so get in touch for us to find something unique. at the point of the design, if an image has been discontinued, we will contact you and work together to find a suitable replacement.


delivery is different for every person and we aim to work this service specifically to your needs.

we offer a standard service which is very affordable, this service is for one delivery man to transport your furniture to the front door of your property. if he can help in any way take the furniture to the place it is being put then he will, but we advise you to have someone there to help at your end.

the main reason for this is the price, to keep this as low as possible and affordable for our customers. if you have specific needs ie: 1st 2nd 3rd-floor flats, tight areas to gain access, no 2nd person to help, please let us know and we will find you a specific delivery service to suit your needs.

delivery for base furniture (untreated);

if you decide to choose some of our furniture or accessories which are un-designed. please email us to request a price. these prices have been dramatically reduced for the design of your process only. if you wish to buy specific base furniture without any design work will have a delivery charge depending on where the item is going to.

delivery for our design your own furniture;
we aim to find the most competitive price for your furniture once your piece has been designed and you have seen a finished picture.

we use two services that add our deliveries to their existing orders, combining the route to save on co2 emissions, fuel and most importantly your cost.

our delivery to you is based on one courier and will need someone to help carry the furniture into the home so make sure you have someone to help. the reason behind this is this helps greatly with the price and giving our customers the most affordable delivery we can.

delivery for ready to buy furniture;

this is a delivery service is for UK mainland only. we will endeavour to choose the most efficient delivery service available for your item at our discretion and within a good time period. we will keep you informed on date and time and work to get your furniture to you as efficiently as possible.

if you live outside of this area, this is where our eco-friendly delivery service comes into play. we use two services that add our deliveries to their existing orders, combining the route to save on co2 emissions, fuel and most importantly your cost.

the couriers can offer weekend delivery if required. there would be a small cost to this which would need to be agreed before delivery. this will be a one-man door to door service, assistance may be required with lifting the item from the vehicle and carrying to the desired location.

free delivery will only be available to mainland UK. all items must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable. we will be under no liability whatsoever for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. you may alternatively choose, when ordering, to collect your product(s) from our workshop in port-talbot south wales


furniture to buy. if an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days, in its original packaging and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your wishes. should you wish to discuss any aspect of your order, please telephone on 07967276450 or contact us us for an immediate response to your query. all claims for non-delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.

design your own furniture cannot be refunded as you have designed a unique piece to your specifications. if, however, the item arrives damaged please return the item to us within 10 days, in its original packaging and we will arrange for a complete refund or replacement according to your wishes.

all returns are funded by yourselves

descriptions and product information;

we try to show products on the website as accurately as possible. despite this, slight variations may occur. for example, the colour of the product may vary in accordance with the settings of your computer, monitor, software or printer from the colour of the actual product you receive.
our furniture and accessories are carefully sourced and stored in our warehouse, as in all re-worked and up-cycled furniture there will be very slight imperfections in their make-up.


payment can be via PayPal or bacs. a deposit of 50 % is required for our sourcing service at the time of order to secure the sale. full payment needs to be cleared into our account before delivery.

a deposit of 15% is required to secure any design your own furniture then once you have seen the final images full payment is required including delivery price before your furniture is sent to you.

all deposits are non-refundable from the date the project has commenced. deposits will only be refunded if we are unable to source the required piece or if green in mind is unable to complete the order.
payment is required in full for all stock items. furniture can only be returned if faulty. furniture should be checked upon delivery to ensure satisfaction as we do not accept returns based on a change of circumstances at a later date.
